Jean Blackall age 81 of Pierson passed away July 1, 2012. She was born March 15, 1931 in Grand rapids the daughter of Elmer and Ruth Forwood Maile. Jean worked for many years as a secretary at Corduroy rubber and Jarvis bay company. She enjoyed playing cards, knitting as well as playing the organ. She is survived by Two daughters Cheryl Barr of Florida Carla ( Dean ) Busse of Pierson Four Grandchildren Matt, Todd, Stacy and Holli and Two great grandchildren Two brothers Joe and Jim Maile of Croton And many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her Husband Carl. Memorial services will take place July 18, 2012 at 1:00 Pm at the Heckman Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Young officiating. Inurnment will take place Prior to services at 11:00 AM at the Big Prairie Cemetery in Newaygo.
